cinema sins is so bad for the skin it’s like 23 solid minutes of that shitty ding noise and jokes that don’t land and 40 different instances of “sin for [common and effective film/storytelling technique that has been around for decades and is easily understood through a minimal application of critical thinking]”.

also that dude usually doesn’t mention all the real sins, like racism, sexism, homophobia, etc

also like they usually just straight up say things that are blatantly wrong or miss the entire fucking point of a movie. Like their commentary on Get Out? “Uh, but why do the bad guys not prey on people of other races too?” YEAH. WHY DONT THEY? LET’S THINK ABOUT THAT AND HOW THAT MIGHT BE A HUGE PART OF THE FILM’S PREMISE. CinemaSins is just 20 minutes of watching dudes fail to use their critical thinking skills.
