my aesthetic is that feeling old supernatural episodes give you, like

• the sound of the impala door (you know what specific sound that is, i know you do)
• the lighting in those early episodes, the desaturated but comfortable colors 
• the early realizations of what monsters were out there, the wonder if something was a case or not 
• classic rock music playing over shots of dean and sam driving
• salt & burn scenes 
• getting to know dean and sam’s characters for the first time 
• “wait there’s something like werewolves too? nice”
• that first cas scene
